Porto Verde is a casual vegan restaurant concept designed to make plant-based eating uncomplicated and enjoyable, and promote a healthier and kinder lifestyle to both animals and the planet. Influenced stylistically by Mexican culture —specifically Talavera, a Mexican and Spanish pottery tradition dating back to the 16th century—, Porto Verde re-imagines classic dishes and creates inventive, nutritious and delicious plant-based dishes to be enjoyed in a casual setting.
